1998 ACCR REGISTRATION SEC STATEMENT

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1041588/0000910195-98-000500.txt

I just love the ACCR symbol. The SEC will not kick us out from their club. They won’t. Do you know the scrutiny the SEC hates with reverse mergers and is because of those reasons you mentioned. However Sir.....ACCR is SB registered with the SEC dating back to 1998. The only issue that I am aware of after all these multitude of phone calls and emails back and forth is that our 10k does not contain audited fins. My target $1,000,000 TX Company would never EVER qualify for an SEC registered company. The existing capital requirements are too intense. Just give me some time and I will get that audited fins and file my form 10 and then OTC Markets becomes PINK CURRENT and I bypass their fees. I understand all of this. Let me fix all of this on my own...with my own money.....NO SHARES FROM ACCR....and I will accomplish the UNTHINKABLE!

Last I checked, I haven't asked for any public share issuance yet, have I?

May GOD BLESS ACCR SHARES FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!

I know what is missing to cure this deficiency with the SEC......I will file a FORM 10 with audited fins from a PCAOB registered firm, and there is nothing wrong with that.....I know what to do.

https://www.sec.gov/files/form10.pdf - Everyone is so concerned about ACCR....we have 1 compliance issue and that is the 10k does not include audited fins....I KNOW THIS, and have discussed this with the SEC dating back to 2012. I have. It is not ACCR's fault as a Corporation that lives forever....

We will all die....and ACCR will continue to live here:

https://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz - I promised the SEC, that I would protect INVESTORS, and guard the treasury, and this is exactly what PATRICK J JENSEN is going to do, while I complete this MERGER.

ACCR qualified under 1998 federal and state laws to become a PUBLIC COMPANY WITH THE SEC. Just because the Company goes through a terrible low business cycle, and I don't care what you say....as an Economist from Tulane University.....business cycle lows can sometimes take DECADES....it can and has happened in the case of ACCR. Again, get over it. The SEC, as far as I know, and in studying federal law, and blue sky state securities laws in MICHIGAN....everything is all CLEAR!
