In a way it is a non event because people already knew about NAK issuing shares. The event has now been finalized.

Northern Dynasty has closed the previously announced offering of common shares sold at U.S. $.50 for gross proceeds of U.S. $7.17 million.

This will tide us over until past the FEIS and Record of Decision. Even past the November presidential election.

The boards of the major mining companies are probably making the companies wait until after the election to see if Trump wins, and if he does, then they will be competing in trying to arrange a joint venture with us.
