I am not sure if she is evil, bought, coerced, or just ideologically motivated in a particular political direction, but she is plainly either utterly incompetent or dangerously biased. Her actions and their far reaching societal consequences are worthy of inspection, especially when said judge overrules the patent office's considered judgement with as flimsy an analysis as she offered, full of scientific errors and erroneous conclusions- in short a tissue of concocted fabrications. Her further cynical action of deliberately acknowledging, then allowing (defacto by her judgement) the opportunity for generics to poach the REDUCE-IT indication is inexcusable. One inevitably then has to ask the question: why ? what exactly is her game?
