Chuck, I have witnessed this type of thing before.
What if the company has the opportunity to split their shares, moving up, a couple of times prior to falling down and being put onto the pink sheets or OTC. Once on the OTC, managements salaries continue in the 6 figures and they're holding millions of shares.
It will come down to two options. A reverse split or bankruptcy. At this point I doubt that management would let go of any of their shares. If NXGWF entered into a bankruptcy they would not have an ability to enter into a reverse split.
What your are saying is that because NXGWF is being exchanged in the OTC,
that they are not allowed to do a reverse split? (Which would only allow management's 6 figures to draw the share price down again.)
