Unfortunately, that type of behavior is all too common. Judges who are more political, spiteful, and arrogant, rather than neutral guardians of justice. As we see in today's Brief, this does not appear to be a hard case to get right, and a court would have to purposely and/or recklessly go out of its way to not get it right.
