I know we both spoke with Rob and what he could discuss to each of us was extremely similar.
Moreover, why have a corporation? Makes no sense.
Have to do periodic audits of infringers, that is, each of the cable companies.
It would be one big pain in the arse.
Plus, who wants to do paperwork.
One lump sum (or a few depending on number of trials) to me is best.
Lastly, with one (or more) lump sums, all future royalties will be included in any settlement, verdict or judgment.
Then invest how one likes.
If want income, invest in dividend funds.
Plus, the sooner get results, the sooner can buy funds while economy recovers (with many industries at unbelievable discounts).
