If I want $1000 of a 250 million share stock selling at a penny a share I get 100,000 Shares,
Market Cap = $2.5 Million. 250 million Shares X $.01 =$2.5 Million Market Cap
If I want $1000 of a 25 Billion share stock with Market Cap $2.5 Million I get 10 Million Shares at .$0001
2.5 Million Divided by 25 Billion = Price of $.0001
My Percentage of ownership is identical in both companies, my investment in both companies is identical. Only Share count changes.
Dollars are identical
Only thing changes is share count.
Market Cap is identical
Percentage of ownership is identical.
