Generics and EPA Supply

If, as a requirement for approval of the generics’ ANDAs, they have to demonstrate that they have the ability to provide the product to meet the demand, how do four filers (at present count) all claim to have the resource tied up - IF - as Amarin has suggested, that they have locked up a lot of the supply? I know the Marine label would serve a much smaller market than the Reduce it label, but as the number of filers grow, how can they all claim to have the ability to meet the demand?
