I agree. Most people don't give Matthew Dwyer enough credit for being smart. But if he were really smart he would take 20% of the revenue generated in the month of April and buy back shares before releasing a PR and I wouldn't doubt if he is doing just that. It only makes sense instead of waiting for an increase in the share price to do that.
