The split won’t make a meaningful difference here imo. It will cause a short-term drop when people see 7-8 bucks and backwards psychology tells them that’s a much bigger number than what we’ve been trading at.

The real issue is revenue and cutting of expenses. If company shows a real road to improvement, price will stabilize. If no improvement on those issues, company’s in trouble, split or no split.

Other issue is dilution, of course. But even with diluting another 30 percent, which I think is the max currently available program, they’ll be ok if the revenue and expenses improve. PPS will be depressed because of the added shares, but it will rise when the proper market cap is reflected. Company’s not worth 10B, but again, with a path to profitability (even a longer-term one), it’s worth a heck of a lot more than 861M.
