New CEO - Mr. Czarnecki has served for seventeen years as a member of the board of directors of State Farm Insurance Company and chairman of its audit committee; member of the board of directors of State Farm Bank and State Farm Fire & Casualty.

He was introduced in December 2019. All of the reverse splits happen long before he got here. This is looking very promising. This is a very impressive resume.
