Silence is Golden, or rather telling.....Does anyone here know what Mike Willinghams duty was as a representative of the equity committee on the WMILT?....he was paid generously for 8 years, and yet not one word was published for the work he was paid for....he has been conspicuously absent from all his duties as a reporting agent for equity shareholders....IMO, the problems we are facing now, that the BK has been closed can be laid directly at Mike's door...he has been paid to do NOTHING BUT TO SIT SILENTLY BY and never once gave directions as to what was transpiring, and kept shareholders in the dark....so, we, as equity were told many times by Rosen that no money for equity in the WMILT waterfall... good, so be it, but what was MW paid to do if that were the case...did he get a freebee at the expense of equity shareholders?....to this day, not one word was ever spoken by Mike... so yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus....
