I think we are past that now. We mistakenly got suspended by the SEC, already served the 10 suspension, and now have a form 211 submitted to get uplisted to the pinks.

Now what needs to take place is FINRA needs to quickly approve the form 211 to fix the mistake.

You know the old saying, "you can't fight city hall".
