Last answer is way off base....Lugee does NOT have full access to the IP portfolio under his license. The caretaker (Apple) did not issue a Security release to CIP to allow that entity to issue the IP license. All recorded. In review of what is licensed was not the majority of the IP created under Apple and Liquidmetal collaboration through the last two years before the last extension of that agreement in 2016. The caretaker has a connection to the licensee so no one should forget that.
