Hi Janice and thank you for the response. Yes, as an Issuer I can see everything. Of course. Again thank you. However, this does not address my concern as an issuer being treated unfairly by my FINRA examiner. As an issuer I asked FINRA also about sneaking in a 1-for-10 Reverse Split with this just completed examination, and FINRA said that I would have to go through another thorough process. Janice, it just appears to me as an ISSUER that I was discriminated upon. Do you know of any lawyers that could help me Pro Bono as a case study? Thank you again for your response.
