If H & R were smart, they would seek to have Du decision thrown out, accept a small payment from A and let A build the market so they have a sizable market to enter in 2030 or so. as it stands today, we have three losers. JMO H & R & Teva along with a generic V have a small market to share, with likely very thin margins. not worth the win. Maybe Friday after the close!

All it takes for evil to prevail is for a few good men to do nothing.
