Thank you for the response, TENKAY. Unfortunately, there is a big problem for me, the ISSUER. I has to contact FINRA, and almost get into a yelling point again, once AGAIN...I'm serious...I don't know why I bother TENKAY.....I am an ISSUER that has to contact FINRA multiple times, and threaten to bring in a supervisor, and I had to almost conference call my Examiner at FINRA with my contact at the SEC's DIV of Corporate Finance, whom I have given the name to 2 people trusted on this board. I'll respect privacy. My point, Sir, is that FINRA was just going to leave it off the DAILY LIST,,,well, this means that had I not intervened....OTC Markets and the SEC...the only way and reason that my Transfer Agent was aware of the change, is because she was included in the email that really upset me. I was going to be the one RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT all these other interested parties, and what about other MARKET MAKERS, I told FINRA,,,,"Come on, please ass us to the Daily List, or I'll go to your BOSS." I mean, for an issuer....I ran into a BIG PROBLEM today with FINRA, and this is not really answering my question.
The fact that the examiner AFTER THE FACT, was going to add us, this was ALMOST DISCRIMINATORY,,,,I said to FINRA....So, I am want no trouble...please, and my intentions as an ISSUER are to the elders of the board, or anyone ELSE with direct knowledge, if this is standard procedure at FINRA?
I am a micro-cap CLEAN ISSUER that had a huge problem with FINRA today. I have a BUSINESS PLAN, and I am trying to find a MARKET MAKER to help me, THE ISSUER to help file a FORM 211 with FINRA.
I told FINRA everything...just did not seem fair to me, that on Monday FINRA tells me in an email that we will make the DAILY LIST ((this was around 12pm EST on Monday 5/4))....then FINRA send me another email on Monday night stating no daily list on my name change per above....I don't want any problems, but as an ISSUER, I feel discriminated.
