I want to emphasize the delicacy of this situation. I do not want to come across as some insincere ambulance chaser drumming up clients with false delusions of grandeur about recovering the devastating losses suffered as a result of this debacle. Far from it, my interests are truth, justice, and yes coin, but coin earned the right way by pursuing a meritorious claim on behalf of good people have been genuinely aggrieved.

If there was actionable wrongdoing and if shareholders have been betrayed, whether negligently or intentionally, we need to see the world the way it is, not the way we want it to be. Given the devastating losses, it would be foolish to not do anything about it, assuming there are viable meritorious remedies.

This is my 15th and final Board post of the day. To the extent anyone has any questions, or anything in need of response, I will do so in the words of J.J. Cale, "After Midnight".
