REITs are getting hammered, everyone is cutting across the board. Look toward REITS in healthcare. Dividend detective has a whole section on them. This virus has wiped out so many companies, retail especially. Another sector to focus on short term would be mortuary companies. Stone Mar used to pay a healthy dividend until the past CEO got caught embezzling but check out their competitors.
