Hi Everyone.
My name is Patrick, and I am an ISSUER. I don't know too many issuers that come here for help, so please this is my only intention,,,,,Many of you KNOW ME and ACCR. We processed a FINRA Daily List today, and as an ISSUER, I had major issues with FINRA today...... Here is a technical email from my FINRA examiner this morning. I am gentle, docile, and a caring individual, and I am trying to bring back our Company being a criminal victim of a Death Spiral Toxic Debenture ruthless (((even broke rule 3b3 and shorted on down ticks when the rule was in force))) but we managed to claw our way out DEBT FREE. Let me get to my question for the board:
With this error on FINRA's part, does this affect an issuer in a negative way?
