Many were concerned, but I was sure these guys would do the right thing, and they did, they made the custodian return 650 Mil MILV shares to the treasury already signalling their plans to not screw the float holding shareholders.

If they want market cap and loyal shareholders to raise the share price versus a grave stone they know and knew what they needed to do.

Most OTC stocks, 99% + are scams are treat shareholders like dirt.

This crew is bringing value, and when the fillings come out and the stadium flood lights go on, the common share holders will creat the company market cap value by raising the stock price.

I see tests at .10 and .25 coming on the way to .50/share
Even a possible $1/share which Shmp hit last year.

Imagine PR's with a drink line deal with Pepsi, a 2 time #NFL #Superbowl winner, and a #BBB Blood Brain Barrier crossing tech, NDT, Nano Delivery Technology that deliver nutrients and or Rx drugs to the brain that enable the human brain to heal itself all hitting news wires???

One does do not cut off the head of current share holders as the first step!!!

Amazon does not R/S and wipe out shareholders before it delver's great 10-Q and 10-K news, why would any company that is not a scam screw shareholders just before huge great news???

They would not.

Scam with Con debt and no real company or product or assets do that. The firm R/M with MILV has been in business since 2013, when the key founders started the firm including this guy
