CSPS SEC Suspension "because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information about the Company in the marketplace since at least March 18, 2020. Those questions relate to statements CSPS made in press releases issued by the Company between March 18, 2020 and April 20, 2020 about its development of frontline screening solutions for COVID-19, the “overwhelming” response it had received for the screening solutions, and its estimate that it would earn gross revenue from new contracts for the screening solutions of $10,000 per day."
