With all due respect, I think you are missing the point. The issue I am raising is not one of sharing or not sharing in-process testing results. It is which company's devices passed the GR-468 testing...BrPhotonics or Lightwave's Perk polymers?

I maintain that test results are not material information for shareholders. Commercialization is! Moreover I believe that Tier 1 companies ( transceiver or data system) will not accept prototypes of material, sub systems or devices which have not a verification of proven reliability. Testing will again take place of the final product” ( where LWLG is designed in) at the Tier 1. Until such a time, we - shareholders- may have to wait.

The key question here is: What company's devices passed the Telcordia testing? BrPhotonics or LWLG's? If indeed the devices that LWLG was claiming to have passed Telcordia specs back in June of 2019 were from BrPhotonics, then we - as shareholders should expect to be informed if LWLG 'native' devices also pass the same specs, considering the two companies have different polymer materials with different characteristics.

Leaving the issue up in the air and unanswered creates uncertainty and doubt. That's never good for start-up stage companies. For the life of me, I cannot fathom why the company is so reluctant to share this information.
