first off welcome back

i believe that communication wise your correct but due diligence wise the companies active its verifiable when one digs deeper into the operations and previous statements that appear in bad faith if one does not dig but i am inclined to believe from what i am seeing that the company is quietly active

then again its like walking blind because we lack complient SEC filings among other legally binding avenues of proof so in many ways an investor who goes into this now is merely intering on faith, some here say and a willingness to be risk adventurous.
