I believe the only control the Nasdaq imposes is maintaining the $1 share price, companies raise funds as they choose, and they may choose to reverse split to stay listed. Frankly in most cases substantial equity is lost in the reverse split, as share prices suffer, but if successful, in time they come back.

While I wasn't an investor back then, I believe investors in the long run will do better when NWBO reacquire Nasdaq without doing a reverse split. It may be awhile longer, but I suspect that may investors have averaged down and now own many more shares than when it was dramatically higher. When it makes the Nasdaq again they'll be far more profitable than if the stock did a massive R/S to hold the Nasdaq and they never added really cheap shares.

When will we be back on the Nasdaq, let's see how the market reacts to top line data and we'll see if it will be this year, or after drug approval, I believe it will be sooner, but we'll see.
