not neccesarely a reason! think about it: for us money is nearly everything, or better saying: to MAKE money (as we dont have enouph - i dont mean it bad)
People who still have enough, which they cant spent in their livetime, have different views , goals, etc. To lead a company is not a 5 day , 18 hour ` s hardest job on an assembly line. You can enjoy live - spend money, holiday, cars, woman lol AND be part of/ "work" for a paradigmn shift, cancer cure, milestone in medicine and so on . . You will be known as being part of this! ! ! And you stand at the front line while acheiving all future milestones
Last point: to be 70, 80 years is nowerdays "young" (i can tell you i am 66 in july)
