So based on what MZ responded to your inquiry, it would seem that....

A- they prefer to not disclose that information regarding Telcordia testing for LWLG material due to sensitivity of existing Tier 1's testing etc??? which does not make sense to me but I do not understand the ramifications of public disclosure of such information when under NDA's.

B- They are buying time as they work through "technical issues" that they have not been able to overcome yet with the LWLG materials.

But if "B" is the real reason then how would they be deep in the design in cycle with Tier 1's unless they are using BR Photonics materials?
