Ok, first of all, I won’t cut my assumptions. Yes, I’m in the BB camp. There are others. I truly believe that this stock is worth $80+.
Think about it, just look at what this drug does and who should be taking it. Worldwide!!
Ok, now, I know because I feel this way, doesn’t equate to what BP will pony up.
Dear LORD!! Too many pessimistic people on this board. Have a little faith.
I think we will fetch a decent price.

Regarding this case. Is it precedent setting? Lots of debate on that one. What it is though is this: it’s a game changer for the industry. To let this decision stand would be the crime of the century.

People can pull up one article after another showing that generics couldn’t capitalize on the bigger indication. I’m telling you that they can and will do so. They have accomplices: managed care and large pharmacy chains. They do it all the time.

So, the ruling must be reversed. I believe it will be.
