Gotta love it, every new Scam he starts the investors think they're smarter than the ones Dwyer has ripped in the past. "This time he's telling the truth"... "This time he has a legitimate business"... "The delays aren't his fault" "The past doesn't matter" LMAO... They believe they found the pink sheet diamond in the rough that has escaped every major investment firm in the world...
