Really? FINRA is going to buck the SEC?????? There is probably no case you can cite whereby FINRA did not assist SEC in a suspension!!!! That's normal and routine. After the normal and routine, everyone including SEC and FINRA know they did a wide sweep scooping up a majority of pumper dumpers along with a legit company. That's the reason why FINRA will collaborate w/SEC to correct the situation since there was no wrongdoing. And they don't have to admit that they made a mistake suspending SOLI, it's a slick way to operate and save face.
