What lawyer would advocate avoidance of being served, that would allow a valid corporation to use vacant buildings as addresses for the business and the registered agent? To allow a judge to grant a ex parte temporary restraining order, and an injunction. If the course of action is to stall there's better ways than disappearing

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
