Please correct me if I'm wrong. I believe that warrants can be sold like stock, even if they cannot be converted to stock for some period of time. If a warrant holder with equity in the warrant was in a cash bind, I believe a broker could find a buyer, it would certainly be at a discount to the stock price, but it could get the holder out of a cash bind if needed.

In some cases warrants are listed, and trade just like stock, but I don't believe that's the case here.

I would believe that when NWBO achieve a price of at least a few dollars it will become listed on the options market as well. With puts and calls available investors would have another way of investing where if they're right, a small investment can yield big rewards, if they're wrong, they lose that investment.
