U have been a big part of the info that we get due to the relationship you seem to have created with Mr. Goldstein. I wanted to tell you a few things as I noted a change In your posts

1. I was at the open house and the place was amazing. The potential for growth is astounding. It certainly seemed as a start up factroy - I could smell the fresh blue paint on some of the doors in some of the rooms.

2. Please go back to the press release issued by RSW where they notified the us that they have not received the funds from the TOGO contract and have given them a short extension and will cancel their deal if the funds do not arrive. RSW said that they do not know if the funds will ever come in – I believe that is as honest as can be - they updated us and told us the contract will be cancelled if the funds do not arrive.

I also wanted to tell you that I happen to have a close friend in Vegas. Vegas is a small circle of power people that have a connection some where some how in many businesses. I asked him if he knew any one at the Clark County School District Office and if so to find out what is really going on with this flavored water contract/order etc etc, Today he called me to say that his contact saw a PO for the flavored water that was issued and although the distributor was not RSW the bottler for the PO was RSW. His contact told him that to the best of his knowledge the county decided not to bring out the contract for a bid but rather renewed the contract with the exciting distributor who apparently lost his bottler. I assume that since Data has a distributor/rep relationship with RSW that is was a good solution for the comapny that has the approved formulas but no bottler. My friend said he called the company and they confirmed to him that they have given the approved formulas for the flavored water to RSW. PS - The purchase order my friend saw was for delivery in January of 2007.

I just wanted you to know this info– I don’t think it is any of our business as far as the intricate doings of a deal – as long as RSW get the job to bottle and get paid for it we will see it on their reports. I hope.

As to your comments on Mr. Goldstein and Mr. Hazan – I agree with you. I believe they will get it done.

I hope you keep your faith. I know I am. Let’s see their February 10Q. That should tell us the story.
