why wait on acquisition?

Wait makes sense only if Amarin has a shot at winning the appeal. As far as I know, the chance of winning is 50% at the highest. So what's the benefit of waiting?

Why not build upon the current sentiment of the hope of winning to sell the company soon? Use Singer as a nice-looking bow to package the company to sell with a CVR for US.

If we wait and if the appeal process is not smooth or we lose the appeal, will we really get more out of a twice beaten asset?
