The dumping is nowhere near being over, they still have close to 700 million shares to dump. Dwyer issues them to his buddy Ricky Houraney at .0001 disguised as loans and Ricky dumps them on unsuspecting pink sheet saps. The problem is all but a few (very few) investors have figured this circus out and Dwyer will have trouble dumping the shares before the 2nd qtr report exposes this Scam. Excuses before every report have worked for two years but I don't think it will work again. He's going to try the farm hoax again when the oils sham is exposed... hide and watch
