What Hikma and Reddy did in their plans - was (as I now understand it) what generic producers does - when patens 'Run Out' - prepare to make a Generic alternative to the Brand name drug - in this case Vascepa.

The Short Version - Now after R-I succes - Amarin says to generics - this is now 'A Much More Valuable Drug'.

We have, through our R-I 300 million$ trials 'Proved', - that our Purified Form of EPA has an unprecedented positive effect for CDV people.

The patent case rolls with ruling on marts 30. 2020.

I do not doubt for a second that, given the arguments of John Thero, Amarin shall/will WIN Appeal case.

If they dont' you might just as well 'Close down US Patent Office' - and all future research and science, would be shot down for ever - in God's own country
