Number sleven, Put yourself in the shoes of BP. If you really very badly
want to own Vascepa via AMRN do you:

1. Wait for AMRN to to handle the legal process until the outcome?

2. Acquire AMRN ahead of the process so your own legal, political,
and lobbying forces could be brought to bear on the process.

3 Wait for an AMRN "win" then have to pay up the full value with
some (excuse the pun) "un-Du" competition?

4. Negotiate a discounted deal with perhaps a CVR. Easier to explain
to your shareholders when you tell them you bought AMRN at a
bargain price.

5. Move first to avoid any dilutive deals being cut that would
reduce "your" Vascepa empire, especially in Europe?
Does the word "holistic" make more sense now?

Not trying to change anyone's mind here...just trying to formulate
this for myself.
