Good morning team. This is PERFECT LT. Okay, I'm going with: • 75% of max as being a fair settlement for all non-Comcast • 55% of max for Comcast but treble After all, the cable companies made money charging for higher speeds. $1.06 * 0.75 (75% of total possible) = $0.795 (about 2.65 cents per day). $0.795 * 20M (conservative, all non-Comcast DOCSIS 3.0 non-WiFi modems) = $15.9M per month $15.9M * 12 months * 9 years = $1.717 Billion. And then Comcast $3.18 * 0.55 (55% for Comcast, but treble) = $1.749 $1.749 * 10M (conservative, number of modems) = $17.49M per month $17.49M * 12 months * 9 years = $1.889 Billion Adding the two ~ $3.606 Billion So, with 1.6B shares out, we're conservately estimating $2.28 per share. And then future royalties as DOCSIS 3.0 is still the most used nationwide. And for all we know, it could be 1.5 to 2+ time that. My WAG = 2.28 / share. I hope ths is crocect. ;-) I'm chasing the dog(s). Ugh, but YEAH! Hey Bruce, I mean AJ, Tony, Professor, Doctor, Chasing-that-buzz.
