They're not announcing anything...


There were previous announcements, I'd be happy to resurrect them if need be.

They're selling a niche product...


Their "niche product" is over five years old.

And the company's other "niche products" have been coming soon since 2015.

Certainly would hope that they have other plans but nothing is being pumped here.


Company hasn't even filed the Director's Report with the State of Nevada, overdue since 12/31/19.

And the 10-K hasn't even been filed. They didn't even file for an NT. Company doesn't want public to know what is really going on inside.

Perhaps we see something


That has been said for YEARS now. In the end, shareholders have gotten screwed over and Yazbeck keeps collecting money.
