I am against this spin off, i see nothing good to come of it. Nations divided do not stand, neither do companies. It would be different if they owned 20 resteraunts or something. But without further acquisitions in that area, there is no point in putting 2 resteraunts with no assets in a shell. Those resteraunts are revenue generators.
