If the spin-off is a wholly owned subsidiary than IBCX still has their revenues/profits on their books. IBCX will most likely own this spin-off, in which case it would be VERY good for shareholders...It will depend on the exact placing off assets in the legal paperwork, however IBCX still will own the new company IMO

Tomorrow should be an interesting day. Time is running short for people trying to get in for the dividend, and now owning shares will get you either a CASH dividend or stock dividend in the spin-off.

Twice the incentive to buy before the divi IMO...
