I've been watching these

posts very carefully and tend to agree. A little too slick. There are a few subtle clues. Maybe I'll call in some favors and dig some more. Also, talk of an r/s and/or suing "always" comes up in situations like this. Always. Neither makes any sense and would benefit nobody. The idea of a split, before the company was in a position to sustain a base market cap, just to list on the naz is crazy. Any company that cannot maintain the minimum share price gets delisted. The listing may come, but I don't believe the ceo and bod will push it until the company is ready. And in a lawsuit, lawyers get most of the money.

I also know some shareholders and agree that they are pissed. But that's a risk investors must accept with any stock. The company could do a better job of communication and needs to beef up their legal and auditing resources, but assets and equities are growing and these are the basis for revenues. We are expecting better pps performance after the current tax selling and are willing to give the company time to execute its business plan. It's still a very young company.
