If an Appeals court doesn't want to correct the most egregious misinterpretation of bio-statistical facts and selective misinterpretation of data that makes a mockery of the USPTO and puts the FDA in a very awkward position, not to mention threatens the future of every company that follows the FDA lead in responsibly and innovatively bringing cost effective life saving drugs to the market painstakingly and at great cost to have it all stolen by thieving generics via the back door...then we can give up ALL hope in our great American legal system. Every Big or Little Pharma company should volunteer their lobbyists and political support to JT for this common social purpose.Of course the Appeals court could by using various Legal bow out tactics refuse to address the negligence and by doing this de facto cover up an incompetent tainted district court judge, and worse still encourage others to follow her lead.
And we will all say C'est la vie say the old folks and goes to show you never can tell....

PS JT and our board of directors could pull a white rabbit out of the hat at the last minute..I'm going with that option.
