I don't think you did. I came up with 4 mill simply by taking sales since end of q4. The 4 mill would be if they decide to not recognize any backlog which if they do will not be anywhere near 3 mill.

I do think they want to get off to fast start but bob has shown that he doesn't care about quarterly results. I don't know every in and out of recognizing backlog but I understand that they wont dip into backlog if they don't have to. Even if they do it doesn't change anything, 7 mill sounds nice but it doesn't change from 3-4 mill sales for the quarter.
