Well there are two separate questions.

1) Will a MM file a 211? Highly highly doubtful for the many reasons I have already described...but I can’t speak for someone like Glendale who have a history of 211’s for crap tickers...although they have their own SEC issues...and I am not even sure they would touch it this time.

2) Will FINRA approve a 211 inside of a year? NO

And at the end of the day that approval is all that matters..
