JT mentioned something else worth greater attention imo. Might not be exact wording, "We depended on the USPTO's patent approvals "in good faith" when we decided to develop Vascepa." "The Court's decision will have an enormous impact on companies considering to bring new drugs to market".

Are we to believe the Court's are IMMUNE of LIABILIY for any decisions that lead to catastrophic consequences?

I believe NO. The system is set up to provide three shots on goal, in order to provide the greatest chances of receiving a fair and balanced verdict. If you're still struggling to believe a win is in the bag, this would be a good time to sell.
