There are two different CareClix mentioned in this paragraph. They are NOT one and the same. You do not own the telemedicine business, Korangy owns it, and it is called CareClix Network PC.

The "company", SOLI in this instance, actively misleads the public to think that Korangy's CareClix Network PC is the same as CareClix, Inc. These are clearly two separate entities. CareClix, Inc. was created last year to house the software the grey sheet SOLI shell acquired for 2 million, all funded by equally shady convertible debt.

CareClix is a leading virtual healthcare solution company that provides software applications coupled with medical services enabling patients to receive care anytime at anyplace. CareClix’s suite of services is revolutionizing the way hospitals, doctors, and clinical care providers can interact with an increasing number of patients. CareClix Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solei Systems Inc. (OTC: SOLI).

CareClix - Korangy owns it.

CareClix, Inc. - the software Korangy sold you for 2 million that likely isn't even worth that.

This is a BAIT and SWITCH scam to prey on retail penny stock marks.
