In February, THEY mentioned "an agreement" in a Press Release.

Today, they mentioned "joint venture" in an official filing, detailing their individual holdings moving forward.

Very different.

I cannot say how many short-sighted traders fail to remember how many scam companies report an "agreement" with a major institution, only to turn around a month later to report the bulksh!t agreement was "dissolved", or we parted ways, etc.

Very different.
