I'm honestly torn between wanting a settlement that allows us to move on, and winning an expedited appeal that makes us mostly whole (minus the time cost), and gives us justice.

The settlement is probably the smart play but it feels like pleading to a crime we didn't commit to reduce the sentence.

But part of me wants to burn these fcukers to the ground since we are in the right and deserve to reap the gains of all the work and cost that went into REDUCE-IT.
