lolololol, oh Jugs my man....as soon as McD opens inside again, will be going back there and how I lost my 66 lbs yr or so ago.....I know it isn't how others would like, but bottom line it works for me to get away from superb home cooking and most importantly is portion control for me.....

I rarely ever eat past 4:30pm, been that for years, cause I'd get GERD or heartburn otherwise in middle of the night.....

The past week I've been trying a diff setup, breakfast 6:30am, lunch 9:30ish am, dinner at about 12:30pm and then my 2 slimfast shakes at 4pm or 4:30pm......none of my meals are big like once upon a time, lol.....need more water and green tea, more exercise, less Diet Coke somehow....my fav thing is my Diet Coke, bad bad habit. Never do drugs and don't drink alcohol and don't smoke and don't drink coffee, but man do I love an icy diet coke when I get up at 5:30am.....and all through the day and night, gotta stop somehow, broken record....Frequently get to 6 to 8 weeks without it and then drift back to my habit in life.....

Oh well, a work in progress, need to get back to my dieting and start heading down down down again. Would love to be 205lbs again, that I was in 2003 before I met my wife and her great cooking, lol.....
